So mentally preparing yourself to shed the weight that took years to put on is a big hurdle but I tell you the truth if you get over that mental obstacle you are so ready for success! Its half the battle the mental aspect of any lifestyle adjustment and especially when it comes to food. I can't express enough to you that the mental obstacles are the biggest hurdles to most any goal in life. We have to believe we can do it no matter what.
