10 Worst Foods to Eat When You Want to Lose Weight

If you want to lose weight you have to be very careful what you eat, as certain foods will prevent you from losing weight and will not make you feel happy in the long go. Of course the golden rule of every diet is: “Don’t starve yourself”, you just need to avoid the foods shown below:
1. White Bread
Replace it with whole meal bread, or if possible avoid it for a while. It goes well with almost every meal, however, if you are on a diet bread is not the best food to eat.
2. Sugary Cereal
It is tasty, but think about the fats and carbs it contains- what`s more you will feel hungry, shortly after you have finished the portion – it is not worth it.
3. Whole milk/Cream
Skimmed milk is a very good alternative. Although it does not taste as good as the whole milk, it does not contain so much fat. Other great alternatives are soy milk and rice milk.
4. Vegetable oil
Vegetable oil is better than animal fat, but it is not the ultimate solution, when you are on a diet. Avoid it where possible, in all other cases use a little bit of olive oil.
5.Sugar containing fruit juice
Freshly squeezed juice is great for your diet, but the ones shown in the supermarket are not the ultimate choice, as they contain too many calories.
6.Potatoes
If you only eat potatoes-baked or boiled, there is nothing bad. It gets bad, when you add butter, sour cream, cheese and many more containing high amount of fat. If you eat potatoes, please avoid them!
7.Soda (and other fizzy drinks)
Soda and other fizzy drinks make you retain water, which is not good – neither for your health, nor for your diet. in addition they contain too many calories.
8.Fast food
Fast food is…fast and tasty. although there are some healthier options it is best to stay away from any fast food restaurants in order to resist the temptation.
9.Processed meat
Processed meat is not good for your diet. It contains too much sodium and salt, which will prevent you from losing weight.
10.Processed meals
The best food for you, while on a diet is the fresh food
